At Snuggle Puppy, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
